OUR STORY
WHY WE CREATED BRAVE.
WE HELP YOU MEET THE CHALLENGES THAT COME WITH A RAPIDLY CHANGING RISK AND REGULATORY CLIMATE.
Acting responsibly is not always easy. There are tensions between the needs of different stakeholders. As experienced professionals we understand the challenges with navigating these tensions and how doing the right thing is not always straightforward. We founded Brave because we believe we can do more to manage risk appropriately, focus on purpose and build confidence to take the decisions that matter.
We are evolving and developing how we support clients. Originally established as Brave Consultancy, we are now a partnership operating as Brave Within LLP, reflecting our commitment to driving great governance practices within the organisations we support. We combine deep expertise in legal and regulatory compliance with a broad range of experience across assurance, risk and control. What makes us different is our shared values and purpose.
We’re here to transform the value our profession provides, by delivering tangible results. We created Brave to provide flexible resources and reduce in-house or large consultancy costs, while building the trust and confidence you need to make brave decisions.
“We must hold businesses accountable, but we are best when we do this in a way that is pragmatic, value-oriented and commercially sound. We can only be effective if we bring leaders at all levels with us, so that they are prepared to act on our recommendations and respond to our findings.
We have to be brave enough to call out the real issues, but empathetic in understanding the personal consequences and emotions associated with this.”
